Naked Without Us

We’re excited to announce our participation with Naked Without Us at the newly renovated 12th & Porter Nashville. Naked Without Us is a fashion show featuring 8 local designers and boutiques, also performances by The Cold Stars, Blackfoot Gypsies, The Hollywood Kills, Strooly, and more. We encourage you to join us at this special event, as a portion of the ticket sales goes to help Carry On Records.

Carry On Records is a non-profit startup founded in Nashville, Tennessee, Music City, that aims to give those currently undergoing cancer treatment the opportunity to write and record their own music in a real recording studio.

Many clinical trials have shown the benefits of music therapy for short term pain, and some studies have even suggested that music may help decrease the overall intensity of a patient's discomfort during cancer treatments such as chemo therapy.

Carry On was established by four young people from Nashville, Tennessee with a common dream: To one day give people across the country who are battling cancer the opportunity to find comfort in the music they love, and to express themselves with the music they write.

There is no better place than Music City, USA to make a dream a reality. It will start here, and with your help it can begin now.

Starting a business is an expensive task, and starting a nonprofit is no different. While Carry On does their part to minimize overhead and  reduce the general expense associated with starting a nonprofit, they need your help to make Carry On Records a reality. 100% of your donation will go directly to bottom line expenses associated with Carry On Records.

Carry On Records seeks to raise $3,000 to assist in offsetting costs associated with this phase of a startup, including critical marketing material such as a website, promotional pieces for distribution to hospitals, doctors offices and clinics, and legal expenses.

It is our goal to host a Christmas benefit concert in December featuring Carry On Records artists and benefiting Carry On Records, so that we may continue to do what we love: help people fight cancer with music.
